Sketching...

So I'm going to start an art project sort of thing to keep me occupied for a while and I want your opinion on it. I'm thinking about doing a big drawing/collage/painting thing that has all of us in it, but I don't know for sure what I want to do yet. I know I want to somehow incorperate our screen names into it, maybe in the background or something, but I'm not sure how. My idea right now is to draw out all of us in pencil and then accent each person with a different colored sharpie. Then the background will be a collage and behind each person there will be stuff involving their screen name and personality and it will all be kind of in their accent color, so the background would blend from color to color. Is that lame? Should I just do random stuff in the background? I kind of like the random stuff idea better. Sorry that this is a boring post but I really want your opinion. And I'm going to put "The Guide to Nerdiocity" at the top....I think. But I need to know what color you want, I'm guessing MW wants black, and if you want anything specific in the picture. It's going to be fairly big, you know, if I ever actually start it, and I don't know what I'm going to do with it, but I just wanted something to work on. So give me your ideas, opinions, criticism, ect.

these past few days:

So family trip started Sunday:
~Realized I'm a bit of a scatter-brained dolt, courtesy of the doctor.
~Kinda felt like crying.
~Okay I might have cried.
~ANYWAY I enjoy King Louis XVI's art more than all of Italy's finest...oh yeah, because thousands of french peasants were starving to death and sitting in a pile of their own poo, I forgot.
~Got some ceramics ideas.
~Saw cannons that belonged to a pope. Which is quite ironic if you think about it.
~Saw some daggers with intricately carved handles
~Medieval men were tiny! (Fact courtesy of the medieval armor.)
~Read a book about Springsteen, who I forgot was super awesome.
~Saw Elvis' SUPER SEXY purple car. He had his initials on every inch of that thing!
~Saw Michel Jackson's super sparkly studded glove and thriller outfit!
~Saw all kinds of BEATLE stuff, such as John Lennon's Sgt. Pepper out fit....yeah.
~Hendrix's couch smelled very strongly of something completely illegal which made me lol.
~Hendrix also had a variety of capes.
~Bruce Springsteen had very messy handwriting, but not as bad a Janis Joplin. Oh and my hand writing looks most like AC/DC's.
~Which was super awesome to see the paper on which classics were born.
~ And then I came home, drove my dad to his office, drove back and spent 3 hours in the studio.
~Good days.
~I'm leaving for a cabin tomorrow.

ok, so it's 1 a.m. and i should have been asleep hours ago... but i'm too excited for lakeside. i can't find my baseball glove (there's a tournament one day)... and other than that i'm ready to go. but today after packing i made this cute short video. if you want to be entertained for the next minute and 32 seconds... click play.

stranger things have happened to me

our family just adopted two adorable kittens!! :) the humane society is amazing. one is a gray short-hair named kronos (i named him!) and the other one is a long haired tabby that looks like our older cat. her name is connie and i guess she's my responsibility.
my muse has arrived in the form of a polaroid named ethel. she is my new camera circa 1997, and i absolutly love her. i found out film is really expensive though, so i won't be taking too many pictures, but i found a place that sells 20 packs for $10, so maybe all hope is not lost.
playradioplay! (one of my fave bands) is now analog rebellion, which is cool.
and, um... right! f.y.i. starting next sunday, i'll be droping off the edge of the earth for two weeks (camp, then grandma wait's cabin in michigain). i really want to hear from y'all at camp, so please write me!! i'll be sending post cards and such to you guys. :)

Hey guys! So I havn't posted a video in a while and had a lot of old video clips on my computer, and new ones, and decided to make this video of NEON, POOKS, AND I! (Are you happy MW?!) It's basically just us being stupid and messing around. So you don't really have to watch it, but you can if you want, I don't really care. Just got bored and wanted to do something with those videos. But this is taking a freaking long time to upload....I hope I'm doing this right...I don't think I am...The video is just a black screen with a little red X in the top corner...I'm guessing that's bad...hmm....oh wait, I fixed it. Crisis averted. Is that the term? I'm not really sure...anyways. So I've been really busy doing a whole lot of nothing these past few days, so we have to start making plans to do stuff. Oh, and guess what? My sister is leaving for this CCAD college preview course thing on Sunday and she's gonna be gone for three whole weeks! You do know what this means right? Party! Speaking of parties, what are we doing for Pooks and Neon's birthdays? I know we talked about it a little but were official plans ever made? ARGH! This is taking forever to upload...in the meantime I think I'll share some of the best saying I can find while killing time...

Haha, sorry. I had to throw in some nerdy Chuck Norris jokes. Anyways, you've probably heard a lot of those or read them from my qoute book because it's really hard to find funny, not-perverted, sayings online. I kind of gave up and got my book. This thing still isn't loaded....I give up. And I'm to lazy to rewrite a post without the video so you probably just wasted a couple minutes of your life reading this seemingly endless and pointless post! Sorry!
