drink grapefruit juice/ and /or eat grapefruits and excersize. There's some acid in grapefruits that tells ur body to burn calories quicker when u excersize or something. it works for me!

Nay, my friend, I may blessed with extravigant speach, but when setting pen to paper, or finger to key, if you will, my inspiration leaves me somewhat, thankfully it merely affects spelling and nothing more important.
